How do you reinforce a right first time culture within a housing customer-facing organisation with over 120,000 residents?

The client was keen to ensure that the message was not overbearing or patronising but instead promoted teamwork and pride in the organisation and its aims and objectives. So we created the ‘It Feels Good’ poster campaign. Taking inspiration from online social media imagery, we created a series of emoticons ensuring that the campaign took on a strong and striking visual identity from the outset making it memorable and recognisable.
